우리 연구실 석박사 통합과정 이경은 학생이 미국 최대 규모의 연구기관인 로스알라모스 국립연구소 주관으로 개최된 국제 학회 ‘30 Years of Quantum Dots at Los Alamos’ (2025년 7월 20~24일, 미국 뉴멕시코주 산타페)에서 우수 포스터 발표상 (Outstanding Poster Award)을 수상하였습니다.
로스알라모스 국립연구소(Los Alamos National Laboratory, LANL)는 미국 에너지부(DOE) 산하 최대 규모의 종합 과학기술 연구소로, 양자점 (Quantum Dot) 기술의 기초 연구부터 응용 개발까지 세계를 선도해 온 기관입니다. 이번 학회는 차세대 디스플레이 및 광학 소재로 주목받는 양자점 기술의 지난 30년을 돌아보고 향후 발전 방향을 논의하는 자리로, 전 세계 석학 및 연구자들이 대거 참여하였습니다.
이경은 학생은 “Enhanced Electroluminescence Uniformity in Large-Area QD-LEDs for Automotive Lighting Applications”라는 제목으로, 양자점 발광다이오드 (QD-LED)의 자동차 조명 응용을 위한 성능 및 발광 균일도 향상 기술에 대해 발표하였으며, 우수한 기술력과 실용성을 동시에 인정받아 수상의 영예를 안았습니다. 축하합니다!
